Are you tired of watching visitors to your website slip away without taking any action?
A great CTA (Call to Action) can be a game-changer for your website conversion. More plainly stated: A CTA that tells your customers exactly what you want them to do gets them to do it!
Successful entrepreneurs know this: A powerfully crafted CTA is the key to turning website traffic into leads, sales, and revenue.
But how do you craft a CTA that stands out and gets results?
Voila: Sharing 8 steps to make your CTAs as effective as possible:
1) Be daring: Don't be afraid to take a risk with your CTA. Use language that stands out and grabs attention. Example: "Ready to revolutionize your business? Let's do it!” or "Sign up for Weekly Goodies!"
2) Be clear and direct: Use action-oriented language that clearly communicates the next step you want visitors to take. Avoid being vague or using overly complicated language. (Clarity over cleverness). ie: "Sign up and SAVE" (no guessing there!)
3) Make it personal: Use personal pronouns and language that addresses the visitor directly. Example: "You deserve a better website. Let us help you get there."
4) Make it stand out: Use contrasting colors and design elements to make your CTA stand out on the page. It should be easily noticeable and not lost in a sea of text.
5) Keep it above the fold: This is important and oft neglected! Make sure your CTA is visible without having to scroll down the page. This will increase the chances of it being seen and clicked.
6) Make it irresistible: Use a sense of exclusivity and scarcity to make your CTA more attractive. Example: "Only 50 spots left! Claim yours before it's too late." (FOMO is real!)
7) Use action verbs: Use strong action verbs that encourage visitors to take the next step. Example: "Join us now" instead of "Learn more"
8) Be consistent: Make sure your CTAs are consistent throughout your website, in terms of design, color, placement and language. This will make it more likely for visitors to take action.
